Birth & Postpartum Support

Complete Birth Package – $3,600
High-touch, continuous support for your birth journey. Includes prenatal visits, on-call labor support, and postpartum follow-up.

Labor + Prenatal Support

  • Initial consultation to get to know each other and discuss your birth goals and the type of support you are looking for

  • Help crafting your birth plan as well as a postpartum plan that meets your family’s specific needs

  • 3 prenatal visits to prepare. I will provide resources, stretches and exercises to facilitate labor and birth, basic logistics and physiology of birth info, and emotional check-ins.

  • Prenatal planning of postpartum and newborn care

  • on-call 24/7 for your delivery in the last 4 weeks of your due date period

  • Phone, text, and video chat support of early labor and/or early induction

  • In-person support as desired when labor becomes established

  • Use of comfort measures, such as a TENS unit, rebozos, acupressure balls, comfort touch massage, peanut ball, diffuser, battery lights, and more

  • Open and respectful communication with your care providers to ask clarifying questions or to advocate for you in whatever way you request

    Postpartum Support

  • Support with initial feeding and early bonding in the first few hours

  • Check-in on the first day postpartum to discuss newborn and postpartum recovery expectations

  • One in-person and one Telehealth visit in the first week postpartum to process the birth and assist with lactation (if desired) as well as trouble shooting sleep, creating family rhythms, navigating boundaries and healing.

  • Optional weekly check-ins through the third week to make sure you're off to a good start

Postpartum Package (6 weeks) – $2,400
Daytime support during the tender newborn phase. Guidance with feeding, soothing, sleep, recovery, and family adjustment. ( 2x 2hr visits per week)

  • Initial prenatal planning of postpartum and newborn care

  • Check-in on the first day postpartum to discuss newborn and postpartum recovery expectations with a Telehealth follow up on day 3 or 4

  • One in-person and one Telehealth visit each week for the following 5 weeks postpartum to process the birth and assist with lactation (if desired) as well as trouble shooting sleep, creating family rhythms, navigating boundaries and healing.

Hourly Postpartum Support

  • Daytime (7am-7pm): $65/hr (min 4 hrs)

  • Overnight (7pm-7am): $80/hr (min 8 hrs)
    Available as stand-alone or add-on support.

Sleep & Development Consulting

Single Consult (60 min) – $140
Targeted troubleshooting for sleep or routine challenges, plus written follow-up plan.

Transition Package (3 calls) – $325
For families navigating big changes (return to work, crib moves, nap transitions). Includes ongoing notes and resources.

Comprehensive Sleep Support – $600
Holistic support for sleep + development over 3 weeks. Includes 3 calls, daily text/email support, and personalized plan.

Hourly Sleep Consult – $160/hr
In-depth support for complex or unique situations.
